Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
